How long does it take to do the course?
The 9 modules are designed to be completed in 9 weeks. However, you can fast-track and complete all 9 modules in about a month, should you wish. Feel free to jump in and start wherever you need to - as each module stands alone.
The information can really be absorbed as quickly as you like. We've gone out of our way to make sure the videos are short and to the point. So, when you need to learn about a specific topic, say, preparing to bid at auction, just go straight to that video, read the strategy sheet and use the checklist to prepare.
When can I call my coach?
If you have enrolled in the 1-on-1 coaching, you can call your coach anytime during business hours.
What if I need to call my coach urgently?
You can call your Buyer's Coach at any time during business hours. If you have pre-arranged to call your coach on a weekend your coach will be available when you need them.
What if I feel stuck with the resources in the learning modules?
If you sign up for the coaching, you can discuss the learning modules with your coach over the phone. If you haven't signed up for one-on-one coaching, you can ask as many questions as you like at the weekly Zoom meetings. Never fear though, the modules are simple with explanatory videos and checklists.
What happens after I enrol?
If you enrol in our program 'The Clever Home Buyer', you will be sent instant access to all learning modules as soon as your payment is received.
If you enrol in the coaching program, your Buyer's Coach will call you within 24 hours to personalise your one-on-one coaching program. Your coaching program starts on the Monday after you enrol. There will be paperwork as your coach will ask you to sign a Coaching Contract. The contract will outline each party's involvement.
How is each module structured?
Each module has:
- a comprehensive workbook full of tips, strategies and lists

- checklists
Do I have to do all the learning modules?
It's kind of like following a recipe. Perhaps the more experienced cooks only need to know a rough outline of the ingredients and the cooking method, but inexperienced cooks should methodically and carefully check and double-check each ingredient and step in the method.
If you are an inexperienced home buyer (you've bought less than three properties in the last five years), we require and request that you go through each module methodically and carefully, checking and double-checking each step in the process. Your coach will be relying on you to follow the specific steps laid out in the learning modules so that you don't make any mistakes or miss important details.
What's the difference between a Buyer's Coach and a Buyer's Agent?
A Buyer's Agent provides a full service. They consult with you to determine exactly the type of home you need and the location you desire, and then they set about procuring precisely that for you. Regarding fees, a Brisbane Home Buyers Buyer’s Coach is a $16,000 fixed fee for our full done-for-you service.
On the other hand, our Buyer's Coaches are Buyer's Agents who prepare you so you can do all the work yourself. We are here so you can ask questions, clarify your thoughts and seek guidance. You do all the research and leg work yourself, but we are on the other end of the phone to answer your questions and prepare you for negotiations. You're taking advantage of our knowledge and experience, without the price tag.
What happens if I haven't bought my home within 90 days?
