I'm Sheona Beach, a Brisbane buyer's agent who helps families and owner-occupiers buy homes in Brisbane's inner north.

After buying my first home in The Gap more than 25 years ago and raising my family here in Brisbane, I developed a deep understanding of Brisbane's northside suburbs and the challenges buyers face in a competitive market.

I spend my days inspecting homes, speaking with local sales agents, researching the market, and helping buyers identify the right home for their lifestyle, future plans and budget — not just the next available property.

My approach is calm, strategic and highly personalised. I work closely with a limited number of clients at any one time so my buyers feel genuinely supported throughout the process.

Unlike many buyer's agents who focus heavily on investors or high client volumes, I specialise in helping owner-occupiers make confident, well-informed decisions about the home they will actually live in.

Buying a home can feel exciting, emotional and overwhelming all at once. My role is to simplify the process, reduce the pressure, help you avoid costly mistakes, and give you a clear strategy from the very beginning through to settlement.
